Master transfers, vital signs, and infection control with expert guidance.
Training in bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and daily living support — taught through supervised practice so you can perform these tasks confidently in real client homes.
Instruction in proper body mechanics, gait assistance, and safe transfer techniques to protect both you and your clients during movement.
Evidence‑based training on preventing the spread of illness, maintaining a clean environment, and following proper sanitation procedures in the home.
Guidance on identifying hazards, preventing falls, and creating a safe, supportive environment tailored to each client’s needs.
Training in meal preparation, dietary needs, hydration monitoring, and safe feeding support to promote client health and well‑being.
Skills that strengthen caregiver‑client relationships, build trust, and support emotional and social needs with professionalism and empathy.

A hybrid program blends online learning with in‑person clinical skills, giving students flexibility while still providing hands‑on practice required for certification.
Yes. Our curriculum follows the New Jersey Board of Nursing requirements for Home Health Aide training.
Most students complete the online portion in 2–4 weeks, followed by 16 hours of in‑person skills training. Approximately 1 week over a few days.
No prior experience is needed. The program is designed for beginners entering the home care field.
Skills training takes place at Care With Passion, LLC. in Clifton, New Jersey.
You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion and guidance on the Board of Nursing certification process. Graduates also receive priority hiring consideration with our agency.
Yes. Flexible payment options are available, including weekly and bi‑weekly plans.
Yes. As an active home care agency, we offer priority hiring consideration for graduates who successfully complete all certification requirements. While we support students in their job search, placement is not guaranteed.
